Go Forth Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 63 701 502 525) operates goforthdigital.com.au. This policy sets out what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, practice type and anything you choose to write. When you book a conversation, the calendar provider collects the details you enter there under its own policy. The website uses cookieless analytics that record page views without identifying you.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to hold the conversation you booked, and to understand which pages are read. We do not sell or share personal information for marketing.
Client data during an engagement
Where an engagement involves your practice’s systems, we access only what the scope requires, hold data in Australia unless agreed otherwise in writing, and put data residency and consent arrangements in writing before any automation is switched on. A clinician at the practice reviews every AI-assisted document before it is used.
Access and correction
Email info@goforthdigital.com.au to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
