How we work: founder-led, senior-only, you own everything
Go Forth Digital is the growth and AI visibility partner for Australian allied health and therapy practices. The founder does the work, from the strategy conversation to the monthly report, with no account managers and no juniors. A Foundations project fixes what is broken in about six weeks; a Growth retainer carries the work on. You own the site, the domain, the content and the automations from day one.
Go Forth Digital is run by a founder who has worked a physiotherapy front desk processing private health and NDIS payments, run a gym P&L, and spent five years building health and wellness websites.
The first weeks of a Foundations project
A Foundations project runs about six weeks and starts with your numbers, not ours.
- Week one
Utilisation by clinician, enquiries per week, first-appointment rate and report hours. Entity audit across your site, Google Business Profile and directories. Scope agreed in writing.
- Week two
Entity clean-up. Service and profession pages drafted in the words patients and referrers use, checked against the relevant board guidelines.
- Weeks three and four
Pages built, intake and booking flow connected to your practice management software, schema written to match the visible page.
- Week five
The first automation switched on, with the privacy and consent documentation in place. Front desk walkthrough.
- Week six
Baseline prompt set run across the answer engines. Handover documentation. Decision on whether the retainer arithmetic works.
The first 90 days of a retainer
The first quarter of a retainer is about direction, because citations and returned hours take a quarter to show.
- Month one
Corroboration work: directories, peak bodies, referrer pages. Google Business Profile completed and posting. First monthly report with the baseline.
- Month two
Second content pass on the pages patients read most. Second automation. Prompt set re-run; first movement usually shows on long, specific prompts.
- Month three
Review against the four numbers from week one. Scope for the next quarter agreed or the retainer ends. Nothing renews by inertia.
What we report on
The monthly report has three numbers: enquiries, bookings and clinician hours returned.
01
Enquiries
Calls, forms and bookings, and which page or prompt each came from.
02
Bookings
First appointments made, by clinician, against last month and the baseline.
03
Clinician hours returned
Report and admin hours removed by automation, which become billable sessions.
Beneath them sit the prompts we ran and who was cited, the searches that brought enquiries, and what changed on the site and the Google Business Profile. Impressions and rankings are not in the report. They are available if you ask, but they are not the result and we will not present them as one.
Who does the work
The founder does the work.
Strategy, pages, intake, automations, measurement and the monthly call are all the same person. Overflow development goes to two known freelancers at fixed cost, disclosed to you when it happens. There are no account managers and no juniors. This is why we cap the number of practices we work with at one time and why the pricing is published.
Leaving
Everything we build sits in your accounts from the first day, so leaving is a handover, not a negotiation.
A month’s notice after the initial term. Within a week we document what exists, walk your front desk through it and remove our access. Site, domain, content and automations stay exactly where they are. The handover clause is in every agreement, and it has no exceptions.
What we will not do
- Run workshops or discovery sprints. Two hours of your time in the first fortnight is enough.
- Hand you to an account manager.
- Report impressions or rankings as the result.
- Renew a retainer by inertia. Month three is a decision.
Questions owners ask about working with us
Who will we be dealing with day to day?
The founder, on every call and in every document. There is no account manager between you and the person doing the work, and no junior doing it out of sight. Overflow development goes to two known freelancers at fixed cost, and you are told when it does. That is the whole model, and it is why the number of practices we work with at once is capped.
How much of our time does it take?
About two hours in the first fortnight, then thirty minutes a week during the Foundations project and thirty minutes a month on the retainer. Most of that is answering questions only you can answer: which clinician has capacity, what the front desk does with an NDIS referral, what a first session costs. We do not run workshops.
What happens if we want to stop?
Give a month’s notice after the initial term. Everything is already in your accounts, so handover is documentation, a walkthrough and the removal of our access, completed within a week. Nothing is switched off and nothing is held back.
Do you work with practices that already have a website and an agency?
Yes, and the first job is to tell you what to keep. If the site is sound we build on it; if the agency is reporting impressions we will show you what enquiries and bookings look like instead and let you decide. We do not require a clean slate to start.
