How remote delivery works
Every part of the work, from the strategy conversation to the monthly report, happens over video, shared documents and your own practice management software.
The strategy conversation is a 30-minute video call. The Foundations project runs on a shared plan you can see, with a weekly call. Site, Google Business Profile and automations are built in your accounts, not ours, so nothing depends on where either of us sits. Monthly reports are a call and a document, and the prompts we run are the ones your patients in your suburb would type. Owners in South East Queensland can choose to meet in person for the strategy conversation and the quarterly review.
