Get found in AI answers: AI visibility for allied health and therapy practices
Go Forth Digital, the growth and AI visibility partner for Australian allied health and therapy practices, does the specific work that gets a practice named when a patient asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google AI for a therapist: entity clean-up, structured Q&A pages, citations, Google Business Profile, schema, and monthly measurement of the share of prompts that cite you.
Go Forth Digital is run by a founder who has worked a physiotherapy front desk processing private health and NDIS payments, run a gym P&L, and spent five years building health and wellness websites.
What we do, item by item
Patients have started asking ChatGPT, Google and Perplexity for a therapist the way they used to ask a friend, and those answers name specific practices.
Getting named is not luck and it is not SEO under a new label. It depends on how clearly your practice exists as an entity online, whether your pages answer the questions patients ask, and whether other credible sources corroborate you. The work, in the order we do it:
- Entity clean-up. One name, one address, one phone number and one set of services across your website, Google Business Profile, health directories and peak-body listings.
- Structured Q&A content. Service and profession pages that answer the 4 to 6 questions patients and referrers ask, in one paragraph each, in the raw HTML.
- Citations and corroboration. Mentions on directories, peak bodies, referrer sites and local media that confirm what your site says.
- Google Business Profile. Categories, services, hours, photos and Q&A kept complete, because it feeds AI answers as well as Maps.
- Schema. Organisation, service, FAQ and breadcrumb markup that matches the visible page word for word.
- Monthly measurement. A fixed prompt set run across five answer engines, with the share of prompts that cite you reported each month.
How we measure it
The measure is the share of relevant prompts in which your practice is cited, tracked monthly.
{{cited_share}}
of the prompt set cites the practice in month three.
Sample figure slot. Fill from the client report, or delete the row.
{{prompt_count}}
prompts in the fixed set, phrased the way a patient would ask.
Sample figure slot.
You see the prompts, the answers and the competitors named instead. There is no score and no index of our own; the report is the evidence.
Is this the same as SEO?
SEO gets you a blue link. AI visibility gets you named in the answer.
They share foundations: a fast site, clear pages, a complete Google Business Profile, consistent details everywhere. They diverge after that. Rankings are a position on a list; a citation is a decision by the engine to name you. This is also not ChatGPT ads. There is no paid placement in these answers. It is earned, and it is checkable. Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits owner-led practices with two to fifteen clinicians that have capacity and want the enquiries to fill it.
It suits practices with a clear set of conditions or client groups, because specific prompts are the ones a smaller practice can win. It suits practices willing to publish plain answers about funding, fees and wait times.
It does not suit a practice with no capacity, a practice that wants a guarantee on a broad prompt, or a solo clinician who has not yet completed their Google Business Profile. In those cases we will say so and point you to the steps you can do yourself. For pricing see what it costs; for the other outcomes see websites and intake and practice automation.
Questions owners ask
Can a physio practice show up in ChatGPT?
Yes, when the practice exists clearly as an entity and its pages answer the questions patients ask. Ask ChatGPT for a physiotherapist who treats a named condition in a named suburb and it will list practices. The ones it lists have consistent names, addresses and services across their website, Google Business Profile and directories, pages that state plainly who they treat and how to book, and mentions on other credible sites. None of that requires paid placement; there is none in these answers.
How long does AI visibility take?
Entity clean-up and the first structured pages take the first four to six weeks of a Foundations project. Answer engines re-crawl commercial pages within weeks, and the first citations on long, specific prompts usually appear within the first quarter. Broad prompts take longer because more practices compete for them. We track the share of prompts that cite you from the first month so you see the direction before the volume.
Is this the same as SEO?
No. SEO gets you a blue link; AI visibility gets you named in the answer. They share foundations and diverge after that. SEO cares about rankings for a keyword. AI visibility cares about whether the engine can identify your practice, trust it, and quote it. We do both, on separate pages of the monthly report, because they bring different enquiries.
How do you measure it?
We keep a fixed set of prompts for your practice, the way a patient would phrase them, and run them monthly across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews. The report shows the share of prompts in which your practice is cited, which competitors were cited instead, and what changed. You see the prompts and the answers, not a score.
