Who we work with

Go Forth Digital, the growth and AI visibility partner for Australian allied health and therapy practices, works with owner-led practices of two to fifteen clinicians across psychology, positive behaviour support, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, exercise physiology and dietetics, with a mix of private, health fund and NDIS funding. NDIS is a funding stream inside each profession, not a client type of its own.

Go Forth Digital is run by a founder who has worked a physiotherapy front desk processing private health and NDIS payments, run a gym P&L, and spent five years building health and wellness websites.

The triggers

Five situations start most of the conversations we have with owners.

  1. Empty appointment slots

One or two clinicians are full and the rest have Thursday afternoons open, and the owner cannot see why.

  2. Inconsistent enquiries

Twelve one week, three the next, with no way to tell where the good ones came from.

  3. A website that does not convert

Traffic arrives, the phone does not ring, and the booking button opens a contact form nobody answers until Monday.

  4. A front desk drowning in reports

Clinicians write progress notes and NDIS reports in unpaid evenings, and the front desk spends Fridays chasing signatures.

  5. A recent NDIS price cut

Margin has moved and utilisation and admin cost are the two levers left.

If two of those are true, the first conversation is worth thirty minutes. If none are, keep the link and come back when one is.

Professions

  • 01

    Psychology

Owner-led practices balancing Better Access, NDIS psychosocial and private clients, with assessment demand outrunning intake.

  • 02

    Positive behaviour support

Registered providers whose interim and comprehensive behaviour support plan reports eat practitioner hours.

  • 03

    Physiotherapy

Clinics in crowded suburbs with an extras, WorkCover, CTP and NDIS mix who need to be the name in the answer.

  • 04

    Occupational therapy

Paediatric and NDIS practices with the heaviest report load of any profession.

  • 05

    Speech pathology

Practices whose patients search symptoms, not job titles, and whose waitlists hide an intake problem.

  • 06

    Exercise physiology

Practices that live on Medicare CDM cycles and GP referrals and want a second source of patients.

  • 07

    Dietetics

Dietitians who need to be found as dietitians, not nutritionists, across Medicare, NDIS and private work.

  • 08

    Multidisciplinary

Two or more of the above under one roof. Start with a conversation and we scope the professions together.

Practices we are not right for

We are not the right partner for every practice, and it saves everyone time to say which ones.

Solo clinicians who have not filled their Google Business Profile yet: do that first, it is free, and come back when a second clinician starts. Practices below two clinicians rarely recover a retainer.

Support coordination, SIL and SDA providers: we are not an NDIS agency. We work with therapy practices for whom NDIS is one funding stream among several.

Practices that want a guarantee on a ranking or a broad AI prompt, or that want impressions in the monthly report. We report on enquiries, bookings and clinician hours returned. Read how we work before you book, or go straight to the pricing.
