What we charge

It costs from $4,000 for a Foundations project and from $1,500 a month for a Growth retainer, ex GST, on a three-month initial term then rolling. Go Forth Digital is the growth and AI visibility partner for Australian allied health and therapy practices. Two prices, no tiers, and the same floor for every practice. If the numbers do not work for your practice yet, we will tell you.

Go Forth Digital is run by a founder who has worked a physiotherapy front desk processing private health and NDIS payments, run a gym P&L, and spent five years building health and wellness websites.

  • Intake and booking flow connected to your practice management software
  • The first automation that returns clinician hours
  • A fixed scope, a start date and an end date

Growth retainer

Carries the work that continues, with the founder on every call.

A clinician billing $120 to $250 an hour recovers this with six to thirteen additional booked hours a month.

  • Monthly measurement of the share of AI prompts that cite you
  • Page, Google Business Profile and schema updates as the practice changes
  • New automations as the report load shifts

Three-month initial term, then rolling month to month.

What moves the price above the floor

Professions and locations

One profession at one location sits at the floor. Each added profession or location adds pages to write and prompts to measure.

The state of what exists

A usable website and a complete Google Business Profile stay near $4,000. A site that has to be rebuilt sits nearer $8,000.

How much you automate

Each automation connects to your practice management software and is maintained. Retainers run $1,500 to $2,500 a month on this.

The quote is written before the work starts and it does not move unless you change the scope.

What is included, and what is not

Everything in the two anchors above is included; the list below is what we will not do at any price.

  • Run Meta or Google Ads as the plan. If paid ever makes sense, it goes on your card, on top of a site that already converts.
  • Sell a third tier, a badge, or a bundle.
  • Do bookkeeping, payroll or practice administration.
  • Hand you to a junior.
  • Report impressions or rankings as the result.

The arithmetic for a practice

A clinician billing $120 to $250 an hour recovers a $1,500 retainer with six to thirteen additional booked hours a month.

$120 to $250

an hour, the billing range across the professions we work with.

Typical private and funded rates; your figure will differ.

6 to 13

additional booked hours a month recover the retainer floor.

$1,500 divided by the billing range.

2 to 3

clinician hours a week returned from reports pays for it a second way.

Hours returned become billable sessions.

Every practice is different, so bring your own utilisation by clinician and hourly rate to the first conversation and we will run the arithmetic on your numbers. If it does not work, we will say so.

Terms

Three-month initial term, then rolling month to month, and you own everything from the first day.

  • Foundations projects are fixed price, half on start and half on completion.
  • Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. A month’s notice ends a rolling retainer.
  • You own the site, the domain, the content and the automations. They sit in your accounts, not ours.
  • If you leave, handover is complete within a week, with documentation.

Questions owners ask about pricing

Why publish prices when nobody else in the niche does?

Because it lets you qualify yourself before we speak. A practice that cannot recover $1,500 a month from a handful of extra booked hours should not book a call, and a practice that can should not have to sit through a sales process to find out. Publishing the floor also enforces it: we cannot quietly quote a different number to a different owner. No competitor in this niche publishes a figure. We think that tells you something about how they scope.

What is the difference between the Foundations project and the retainer?

The Foundations project fixes what is broken first: entity clean-up, the pages that answer real questions, the intake flow, the first automation. It has a start and an end and a fixed price. The Growth retainer carries the work that continues: monthly measurement of AI citations, page and Google Business Profile updates, new automations as the practice changes, and the monthly report. Most practices need both; some stop after Foundations, and that is fine.

Is there a lock-in?

Three months, then rolling month to month. The initial term exists because the first citations and the first automation savings take a quarter to show. After that, a month’s notice ends it. You own the site, the domain, the content and the automations from day one, and the handover clause in the agreement puts everything in your hands within a week of leaving.

Do you charge for ads or software on top?

Ad spend, if you ever run it, goes on your card, not through us with a margin. Software subscriptions (your practice management system, the automation platform, the calendar tool) are yours, in your name, at the vendor’s published price. The only invoice from us is the project or the retainer. Anything that would change that is agreed in writing first.

What if our practice is bigger than fifteen clinicians?

The pricing above is scoped for two to fifteen clinicians because that is the practice size where one founder can do the whole job well. A larger practice usually needs more content, more locations and more integrations, and we would quote it as a Foundations project first and see whether the retainer arithmetic still works. We would rather say no than stretch.
